Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency
All financial transactions on j9299 — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, bonus credits, and refunds — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). j9299 does not operate foreign currency accounts and does not offer currency conversion services within the platform.
j9299 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit across all mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer or international card (Visa, Mastercard) is ৳1,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. It is strictly prohibited to use the j9299 account as a payment processing intermediary — for example, by depositing funds without the genuine intent to wager. Any account suspected of processing transactions through j9299 for purposes other than genuine online gaming may be suspended immediately and reported to relevant financial authorities.

Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules

For sports betting, once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the j9299 platform, it is final and cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player. - Where a bet was placed using an exploited software error, arbitrage strategy, or prohibited betting pattern.
- Where a player has breached these Terms & Conditions in connection with the placement of the bet.
For casino and instant games, all game outcomes are determined by the certified random number generators of the respective game providers. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate over statistically large sample sizes and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome. j9299 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
j9299 maintains the integrity of its platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held within the account. j9299 also reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable.
- Multiple account creation — registering more than one account to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or evade a self-exclusion.
- Identity fraud — registering under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or providing materially false information during registration or verification.
- Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through systematic arbitrage, churning, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
- Match-fixing participation — placing bets with insider knowledge of a manipulated sporting event, or in any way assisting in the fixing of an event on which j9299 accepts bets.

Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure

Any verified real-money balance held within the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and identity verification requirements. General Provisions
Governing Law & Miscellaneous
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of j9299. By accepting these terms, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of j9299 to enforce any provision of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of j9299's right to enforce that provision at a later date.
j9299 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j9299 shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings, data, or business opportunity — arising from platform unavailability, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions beyond j9299's reasonable control.
